In addition to the olives we carefully harvest from our own fields, we also process olives from various regions of Turkey in our facilities and produce an average of 8,000 tonnes of olive oil annually.

In line with the specific characteristics of each season, approximately 70% of the oil obtained from the pressed olives is classified as extra virgin and edible, while the rest is processed as crude oil. In addition, we continue to purchase bulk olive oil during and after the season, reaching a total volume of over 20,000 tonnes.
