The olives we harvest from our orchards in the North Aegean are sieved and sorted according to their size and type after they reach our factory. Olives above certain calibres are processed as table olives.
We produce an annual average of 4,000 tonnes of table olives.
Although it varies according to the characteristics of the season, we mainly produce Gemlik type olives.
