Kozaklı is a company identified with ‘trust’ in the Ayvalık region for three generations. As one of the most important olive production regions of Turkey, Ayvalık is the centre of olive oils known for their cold resistance, high oil content and pleasant aroma.
Our company has a total of 350,000 olive trees in three locations in Ayvalık, Gömeç and Burhaniye with different altitude, age and climate characteristics. We have carefully planted 150,000 of these trees in the last 15 years.
We are committed to sustainability and environmental protection. Our objective is to make use of high technology to transform lands that are not suitable for afforestation into suitable sites for this process, and to design our production processes in a way that avoids waste.
Our processing facilities in Kozaklı are designed to minimise waste and ensure the economic value of the olives we process. We are committed to maintaining our position as a leader in olive and olive oil production, while upholding our standards of excellence and reliability.
Tree Planting
We are committed to planting trees in a sustainable manner to ensure the continued legacy of our olive heritage for future generations. We are responsible for the care of our 350,000 trees, 150,000 of which were planted in the last 15 years.
Olive Groves
In Ayvalık, we produce olives using good agricultural methods in three regions with different climatic characteristics. We use a combination of traditional and high-tech systems to increase our yield and quality.

Our Filling Lines
In our filling plant, our machine park and capacities that differ according to the packaging type are as follows:
- On two linear automatic filling lines, up to 36 tonnes of glass, bottles and cans from 250 ml to 2 litres are filled daily.
- A linear automatic filling line can fill up to 55 tonnes of cans from 2 litres to 18 litres per day.
- On a linear manual filling line, up to 30 tonnes of 5, 10 and 18 litre cans and drums are filled daily.
Storage
We have a total storage capacity of 12,500 tonnes for olives and olive oil.
Laboratory
We carry out all tests in accordance with OIC standards in our own laboratory.
Design
We develop design projects for Private Label products and supply finished products by managing all stages of packaged product supply in-house.
Logistics
With our 160+ vehicles, we transport our products that we produce from start to finish and deliver them to our customers.
